At JUNK Tyre Polish, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in packaging and shipping every product. However, if you receive a damaged or leaked product, we are happy to replace or refund it — provided the below conditions are met.
- Eligibility for Return or Refund
We accept returns or refunds only if:
You record a complete unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed parcel until the product is fully shown.
The video clearly shows the damage or leakage at the time of unboxing.
You email the video proof to junktyrepolish@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Without a proper unboxing video, no refund or replacement will be processed.
- Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
Products that are used, partially consumed, or altered after delivery.
Claims made without unboxing proof or reported after 24 hours.
- Replacement or Refund Process
Once we verify the issue:
A replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days, or
A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Our team’s decision after reviewing the video and evidence will be final.
- Shipping Costs
If a replacement or refund is approved, shipping costs will be covered by JUNK Tyre Polish. For other return reasons, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
